Facilities & Accessibility
Bh2 Leisure is happy to help. Whether you need to know where the lost property is located, toilets or accessibility, we're always here to help.
Access & Mobility
Bh2 Leisure was built to exacting standards to ensure that all areas of the building were equally available to those who are mobility impaired.
18 of our 175 car parking spaces are reserved for those with disabilities, but please remember to display your blue badge when using these spaces.
The lift from the car park services all levels of Bh2 and the ramped areas alongside the Lower Gardens give external access to both the Garden and Upper Levels.
Our on site team are happy to provide further assistance if required. Our control room can be contacted on 01202 311 586.
Lost Property
Lost property is retained in the security office and you can report any missing items by emailing us on enquiries@bh-2.co.uk
Toilets & Baby Changing
Toilets and baby changing are provided within the individual restaurants and the cinema.
Dog Policy
Bh2 Leisure maintains a general policy of not allowing dogs in the internal public areas of the center. However, there are exceptions and clarifications to this policy:
- The policy however does allow for “Assistance Dogs” to access all public areas of the centre.
- Businesses within the Bh2 complex that have an entrance external to the internal public areas of the centre will determine their own policy in relation to dogs on their premises.
- Businesses within Bh2 that only have a public entrance accessed from internal public areas of the centre will need to adopt the Bh2 policy as their premises cannot be accessed other than via the Bh2 internal common areas.
Defibrillator
The defibrillator is one of the first to be donated by Bournemouth Rotary in the town centre. It has been installed on the garden level (ground) of Bh2 Leisure between restaurants Friday’s and Pizza Express.
